The first mobile application in Romania designed for an airport

Bucharest Airports National Company released, on October 24th, a mobile application for the passengers who are using the services of Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport.

The application, Henri AppPort, helps the passengers to find real time information about the status of each flight scheduled to take off and land on Henri Coanda Airport, having at the same time the possibility to identify on the airport map the check-in counters and boarding gates allocated to each flight. The application also shows the users the position on the map of the shops and services areas (pharmacy, barber’s shop, relays, etc) but also the discounts and special offers of the restaurants and cafes. The passengers can also discover, through the application, which is the shortest route to Henri Coanda Airport, the weather forecast for Bucharest and for the destination city.

Henri AppPort application was developed for Bucharest Airports National Company by Alpha Rocas Romania.

The application is available both in Romanian and English for the operation systems Google Android and Apple IOS and can be downloaded for free on the website www.henriappport.ro.

Similar applications are offered to the passengers on other European airports such as London Heathrow, Munich or Athens.
